Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. The processing timeframe starts after day-0 (the day your order is submitted)
- Custom/Personalized Items: Processing times may vary for custom orders. We usually indicate these timeframes the product page.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-6 business days within the US.
- Expedited Shipping: We currently don’t offer expedited shipping.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package. This tracking email may come separately from your order completion email.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure speedy processing and timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we have no control over delays caused by the carrier’s network, including weather, customs processing, or other logistical issues.
If your package is delayed more than 14 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and we will see what we can do. In many cases, we will provide replacements if the package was lost in transit.
Note: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
